In October, Mrs. Woods’ 8th hour Applied Business Development class wanted to support Cancer Awareness Month. They decided to create a “Pink Out” shirt to be worn at the October 17th Football Game. Students created the shirt and all marketing materials for the project. They decided to donate the proceeds to the Muscotah Cancer Support Group. The Muscotah Cancer Support Group provides help to cancer patients with various expenses during the patients treatments. The class sold 138 shirts and was able to donate $530 to the organization. If you missed your opportunity to get a shirt, they are still available and we will be having another “Pink Out” night at a February basketball game!
