Please welcome our new JOM Coordinator to the South Brown County family!

The theme for 24-25 in South Brown County is "Destination Limitless"! This afternoon our staff took that theme LITERALLY!
We held our own Amazing Race - with staff broken into groups and using school transportation to travel through the district. Staff - veteran and new, traveled to learn about our area -- library, landmarks, stores, and more! There were also 5 games to be played throughout the tasks (22 to be exact).
This activity was great for team building, and getting to know each other, and believe it or not we have a significant amount of VERY competitive staff -- so that is also fun to be a part of!
Thanks to those in the community that were kind enough to help our staff out! We have a wonderful community that we are proud to be a part!

Today was the first day back with staff in USD 430 -- and Chargers, we had a great day!
We started off with a tasty breakfast provided by First Option Bank and some time to catch up with work colleagues! Dr. Kramer, Karla Berry, First Option Bank, and Jason Selland, Board President shared messages for the new year.
Then the main event -- Devin Henderson! Devin shared a message of 'Something Greater is Always Possible'. with some magic and soccer skills sprinkled in.
Finally we celebrated our years of service and staff, and wrapped the morning with BBQ served by the Board of Education!

New teachers were at work today! It was a great, but busy day. The morning was spent at the district office meeting the district level people! After a delicious lunch at Lentz Catering the afternoon was spent in their buildings. #newyear #destinationlimitless #greattobeacharger
