USD 430 participated in a Safe and Secure Site Risk Assessment today. John Calvert and Ben Thursby from KSDE joined the building and district staff in a district-wide building walkthrough. We appreciate the opportunity to discuss safety across the district and value the considerations provided through this process.

This evening's musical rehearsal from 7 to 9pm is CANCELED due to a scheduling conflict for the head director. Students are encouraged to practice on their own or with a friend to work towards the memorization of ACT ONE.

Ms.Thorpe's 3rd graders celebrated National Read a Book Day on Friday. They read with their 2nd grade buddies and gave them special bookmarks!
Congratulations to the EMS cross country teams. Boys team was 2nd and girls team was 3rd. Thatcher Strube placed 2nd overall. Way to go Chargers
