A group at HHS participated in Washburn University's KBI Demo Day where they learned all about the forensic science field of study. The students learned about each area (toxicology, latent prints, digital media, firearms, trace evidence, etc.) They got a behind-the-scenes tour of the KBI building, met with faculty, and got a firsthand look at what a day in the life of a forensic science career looks like.
Great job by the JV golf team yesterday at the Jeff West JV Meet. Wyatt Chartier placed 19th, Kamryn Kahbeah and Cooper Strube tied for 11th place, and Tayv Kahbeah finished in 2nd place individually.

Congratulations to the 2025-26 Charger Cheer Squad. We had a large group tryout and everyone did their best. Cheerleaders from the local Benedictine College came in to be our judges. Huge Charger thanks to the four young women who volunteered their time! Another big thanks to HHS Alumni, Class of 23, and 2022-23 Charger Cheer Captain Montana Hutchison for choreographing the tryout dance. I am proud of each girl who put in the work, it can be intimidating no matter your level of experience!
