5th Grade has been having a blast making music and playing along with videos on Boomwhackers! These instruments are created in sets with each tube cut to a different length and color to correspond. These different lengths cause them to play at different pitches, so they can play melodies and chords just like they could on a xylophone, piano, or any other pitched instrument! We've enjoyed playing and singing along with several songs while getting to work on our steady beat skills and coordinating with others!

The 7/8th grade students of EMS would like to thank the Charger Booster Club for the t shirts they were given. Every student was given a shirt but a few forgot them this morning but I wanted everyone to be involved to be involved in a picture. Thank you to Christie Woods for making the shirts and to all our generous donors. Go Chargers
