12 Days of Fitmas completed at Everest Middle School!! Today our final exercises were Jumping Jack and Side Planks. Students who participated in all 12 days of Fitmas will be invited to the gym from 12:30-1:15 today for a Coffee Bar/Hot Chocolate or Slushy's and also Popcorn. We will spend some time outside and in the gym. Nice job EMS for your work on making the 12 Days of Fitmas a huge success.
