On Tuesday, February 11th, the 7th and 8th Grade Choir, The Everest Elite, traveled to Atchison for our annual NEKL Mass Choir event! At this event, the students have learned 4 selections of music separately to be brought together to sing as one large choir! Over 200 middle school students were in attendance! Thank you to our host, St. Benedict Catholic School and thank you to our phenomenal clinician, Julie Underwood, the choral director at Atchison High School!

We want to inform you that Horton High School students will not have school on Wednesday, February 19, as we will be hosting the NEK Forensics Tournament. Only students competing in the tournament will be in the building that day, while all others will be excused from school. All high school faculty and staff will be needed to run the event so we will not be able to have a career day as in the past. Please note that Everest Middle School and Horton Elementary will still be in session as usual.
