The Chargers Cross Country team ran hard this morning, at their first meet of the year, in Marysville Kansas!
The High School:
Raelynn Blanton received a medal for 5th place with a time of 22:05 which broke the school record
Ashlynn Schwed received a medal for 20th place with a time of 23:38
Thatcher Strube received a medal for 12th place with a time of 19:27
The Middle School
Kail Bare received a medal for 2nd place with a time of 12:25 in the 2 mile
The boys received 4th place overall
The Girls received 4th place overall

Math is all around us! Kindergarten students went on a shape hunt today to see that shapes are a part of our classrooms, playground, and so many other places we visit daily!
Classroom Buddies have begun meeting at Horton Elementary! This year each Kindergarten class has a 4th grade classroom that they are buddies with! Everyone enjoyed getting to meet their new friends and share in some fun activities!
