Today was Mr. Gerving's last classroom presentation. He joined the sixth graders for lunch, and he spent some time with the students outside and in classes. During the presentation, students received luggage tags for answering questions. Mr. Gerving will be joining us on our field trip to Rosecrans on May 18th.

The EMS 6th grade band was fortunate to have Mr. Ed Bartley work with them on preparing music for next Tuesday's concert. Mr. Bartley offered advice on improving tone, phrasing, articulations, and practicing. He was very encouraging about the students progress and readiness for band at the 7th grade level. Thanks Mr. Bartley!!!!
