This year at HES, our students have taken on various LEADERSHIP roles throughout the school. They're able to pick the role they would like to fulfill, give back, and show Charger pride. Here are a few pictures from this week.





Mrs. Thorson's 1st Grade class and Mrs. Holzey's 4th Grade class are classroom buddies this year and got to meet today! This is a great way to build relationships and allow for leadership opportunities within the building! We are looking forward to many fun times this year!

EMS Football team travels to Maur Hill (Atchison) tonight. The start time has been pushed back to 7:00 pm due to the heat. EMS A and B volleyball teams travels to Troy for 4:30 games. Good luck Chargers!
Yesterday the 8th Grade Tech class went to visit KNZA to create a promo for the podcast they will start creating. Seth Tollefson gave us a tour of KNZA and we found out how the radio plays everything throughout the day.



Next week is Homecoming! Since we are preparing for a super fetch week of events, we have realized that there are conflicts with our normal rehearsal schedule. To ensure our cast has the opportunity to make precious memories, we have adjusted our schedule.
