Congratulations to the 2025-26 Charger Cheer Squad. We had a large group tryout and everyone did their best. Cheerleaders from the local Benedictine College came in to be our judges. Huge Charger thanks to the four young women who volunteered their time! Another big thanks to HHS Alumni, Class of 23, and 2022-23 Charger Cheer Captain Montana Hutchison for choreographing the tryout dance. I am proud of each girl who put in the work, it can be intimidating no matter your level of experience! If you didn't make it this year -- keep working, and be sure to try again next year! - Coach Allen

HES 4th grade had a special visitor yesterday. Ms. Ivy Stone, South Brown County Community Foundation Director, visited for a lesson on 'Philanthropy'. Students learned how philanthropy works through role play. Ivy also shared about the match days that occur each summer during the Brown County Fair Week.
Ivy will also be meeting with the 5th & 11th grade students throughout this week as part of SBCCF community outreach! Students engaging in learning about how to contribute to their community is a lifelong skill.
