#ICANHELP
On 3/28/22, Horton Elementary's 3rd and 4th Graders participated in a powerful presentation
about the importance of digital safety. Kim Karr, the founder of #ICANHELP, educated students
and parents on the proper use of social media. The presentation highlighted how students and
adults can deal with conflict and negativity online. Students learned how just a simple act of
kindness can make a huge difference in another person’s life.
A huge thank you to the High School Stuco for bringing this opportunity to our district.
